Third-Party Export Services for Egyptian Producers and Foreign Importers

Third-Party Export Services for Egyptian Producers and Foreign Importers

An Egyptian producer may have goods suitable for export but need support coordinating documents, export procedures and shipping. A foreign importer may have contracted directly with an Egyptian factory and need a local representative to follow up on goods receipt and export arrangements.

ALRKEBA Trading Firm provides third-party export services based on each party’s requirements. The scope, authorization and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

For Egyptian producers and factories

A factory, producer, workshop or artisan may engage us for support in coordinating an export transaction with its overseas buyer. Depending on the agreed scope, services may include:

Reviewing shipment details and relevant export requirements.
Coordinating documents and logistics or customs procedures with the relevant parties.
Arranging shipping and communicating with the parties involved.
Following up on goods preparation and handover within the agreed scope.

The responsibilities of the producer, the firm and the overseas buyer are set out in writing. Requirements related to the product and destination are reviewed before execution. Fees may be agreed as a commission or a fixed service charge.

For foreign importers

If an importer has contracted directly with an Egyptian factory or supplier, the importer may authorize ALRKEBA Trading Firm to coordinate selected steps in Egypt. Depending on the written authorization, services may include:

Coordinating with the factory and following up on readiness dates.
Receiving or supervising receipt of the goods.
Reviewing conformity with agreed specifications or a reference sample within the defined inspection scope.
Preparing export documents and coordinating shipment.
Sending shipment documents to the client once available.

Under this model, the purchase agreement remains between the importer and the factory. We handle the services defined in the written authorization, with fees or commission agreed in advance.

What should be agreed before execution?

To clarify responsibilities, the parties should define:

Product name, specifications and quantity.
Responsibility for permits and required documents.
The scope of receipt or inspection and how discrepancies will be handled.
Who books shipping and approves related costs.
Timelines and payment terms.
Service fees or commission and the services covered.

Discuss your export requirements

Send us the product type, quantity, destination country, whether you are the producer or importer, and the services you need. We will review the request and outline the initial scope and requirements before preparing a proposal.
