ALRKEBA Trading Firm offers several cooperation models based on the specific request. The scope of service, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in advance.
1. Supplier sourcing and offer comparison
If you are looking for a product from Egypt, we can help identify potential suppliers and discuss product specifications, quality, price, packaging, delivery and required documents. We present available options for your review, and you make the final supplier selection.
2. A final-price offer under an agreed delivery term
If you prefer not to manage the purchase and coordination details, you may request a final-price offer under a suitable delivery term, such as FOB or CIF, depending on the product, destination and shipping arrangements available.
The offer and contract specify the price, delivery term and payment conditions. Under this model, the firm’s payment condition is full payment at loading, or no later than when the container is handed over to the shipping line, as stated in the written agreement.
3. Commercial representation and agency negotiations
If you are considering a commercial agency for a product or Egyptian factory, we can research the opportunity, contact the factory and discuss terms on your behalf. Negotiations or an agreement are handled as your commercial representative under clear written authorization. The commission and representation scope are agreed in advance.
4. Goods receipt and shipping coordination
You may contract directly with a factory to purchase the goods and authorize us to coordinate receipt, review conformity against the agreed specifications or sample within the authorized scope, prepare documents and arrange shipping.
In this model, the purchase contract remains between you and the factory. Our logistics and trade services, along with the applicable commission, are set out in writing before work begins.
